Tony Dada

Forging Purpose, Profit and Personal Transformation in 2025

For over three decades, Tony has been steadfast in championing entrepreneurs from diverse and under-supported backgrounds, including women, ethnic minorities, social entrepreneurs, creatives, and vibrant young visionaries.

At the heart of Tony’s work is helping individuals uncover their “true self”, their unique gifts, and deepest passion. This search ultimately leads to what I call “The Entrepreneurs journey”. A journey of personal self discovery, development and transformation into a creator of a purpose driven profit making business that makes impact. In some cases it can even lead to the discovery of one’s life’s work. Through his immersive 90-day “MINDreSET Course”, Tony empowers people to crystallise their personal, professional, and life vision; into a Grand vision. The vision and goal is simple yet profound: to wake up every morning doing what you love, with the option to grow and scale your venture, with Tony and his team on standby to provide ongoing support if needed.

But this is about more than business. This holistic process enriches relationships with all aspects of the self:

· Mental & emotional clarity
· Spiritual fortitude—transforming fears and belief systems
· Physical well-being
· Relationships with self and others
· Relationship with money

In today’s business landscape, success looks different, and too few recognise what that means. Tony is building a movement: elevating founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders through what he calls “The 4 P’s Business Principle”, a framework that extends beyond the bottom line to embrace People, Purpose, Planet, and Profit.

To support both personal and professional growth, Tony is offering a series of free masterclasses, exclusively available to conference attendees and a limited number of guests. Delivered through the DADA Success Academy, the academy itself was born from a pivotal conversation with the then-head of Apple UK back in 2005.

Tony’s vision of a global community of conscious entrepreneurs is now forming, powered by new allies and sponsors like Real Ventures, an early-stage VC firm dedicated to uplifting entrepreneurial communities. Together with Real Ventures co-founder John Stokes, Tony is co-creating the Global Conscious Entrepreneurs Network and through a pilot programme with Real Ventures, offering seed capital to a select few of conscious entrepreneurs in the UK.
